Features · every plan gets everything

Your booth, your rules. Not the vendor's default look.

A feature list is easy for anyone to copy. What is rare: you get to decide how every booth page looks and which pages guests walk through — without asking the vendor for a custom build and without waiting for the next release.

Designable booth screens

and reorderable

The six things that cause the most trouble

Every feature here was born from a booth owner's complaint

Left: what disrupts your day-to-day operation. Right: what we did about it.

The problem

The prints look worse than the guest's own phone

If your booth's print is not better than a phone camera, guests have no reason to pay. The problem is usually not your camera — it is software that cannot use it fully.

Camera & photo/video

Canon DSLR/mirrorless cameras connect directly, not through a screen capture. Guests see themselves in a live preview before the shot is taken, so no photo is wasted because someone was not ready.

  • Canon DSLR/mirrorless connected directly, plus USB webcams
  • Real-time live preview before the photo is taken
  • 0–10 second countdown and burst mode
  • Video mode for recording right at the booth
  • Colour filters with instant preview

The problem

Your booth looks the same as the one next door

When everyone uses the same stock template, nothing sets your booth apart except price. And competing on price is a race nobody wins.

Layout editor

Build your own layouts with a drag-and-drop editor, or start from a ready-made one and change whatever you like. Your old dslrBooth templates can be uploaded so no work goes to waste.

  • Layout types: 4R collage, 2R strips, magazine/newspaper, flipbook, AI, thermal receipt
  • Visual drag-and-drop editor with a properties panel
  • Guide images so guests know where to stand
  • Import dslrBooth templates (ZIP) as layouts; carry designs between accounts
  • Layouts sync themselves from the dashboard to every booth

The problem

Prints come out shifted, cropped, or with the wrong colours

A misaligned print means wasted paper, waiting guests, and money lost on paper — usually discovered only after the queue is already long.

Photo printing

Adjust print offset, position, and scale until it is right, then save it. A PDF preview and a test print let you calibrate before the event, so there are no surprises while guests are watching.

  • Formats: 4R, 2R/80mm, A3, A4, A5, and thermal/receipt
  • Set print offset, position, and scale per printer
  • PDF preview before the paper comes out
  • Test print for calibration before the event starts
  • Several printers at once, one per layout type
  • Automatic cutting for the 2R format

The problem

You end up being the cashier instead of serving guests

Taking cash, counting change, and remembering who has paid keeps you tied to the booth all event long — and money leaks without a trace.

Built-in payments

Guests pay by themselves through QRIS on the booth screen, and the payment is detected automatically every 5 seconds. You never handle money and never confirm anything by hand.

  • QRIS detected automatically every 5 seconds, no manual confirmation
  • Vouchers with the remaining balance paid by QRIS on the same screen
  • Free mode for weddings and private events
  • Your own gateway (Xendit, Midtrans, DOKU) or the Gabooth QRIS Platform
  • Withdraw your balance to a bank account any time, minimum Rp10,000

The problem

Guests chase you for soft files weeks after the event

If the photos only live on the booth PC, you become a file courier — and the client considers your service unfinished until those files arrive.

Cloud & QR sharing

Every session gets its own QR code. Guests scan it and download their soft files before leaving the booth. If the internet drops, photos stay saved and upload themselves later.

  • A unique QR per session for soft-file downloads
  • Store on iDrive e2 (fast, with your branding) or Google Drive
  • Several Google Drive accounts at once
  • Offline-ready: photos saved locally, uploaded when the connection returns
  • Upload queue with status, filters, and manual resend

The problem

You only find out something jammed after a guest complains

With booths in several locations you are blind until someone calls. And at month end you do not know which location actually made money.

Dashboard & analytics

Every booth in every location on one screen: machine health, prints in progress, incoming sessions, and revenue per location. You know before anyone asks.

  • Status of every booth in every location, in real time
  • Session gallery with filters, sorting, reprint, and reshare
  • Offline orders managed and synced to the cloud
  • Transaction reports and revenue analytics per location
  • Operator management with different access rights
  • Incremental sync to save data

Two things nobody else has

Shooting and printing are standard. What is rare: control.

Your booth competes on experience, not on a feature list. These two things keep your booth from looking like the one next door.

Booth screen editor

You decide what is on every screen, not just its colours

Changing a theme only swaps colours and images — the screen layout still belongs to the developer. Here you place the buttons, text, images, and sizes on every page yourself: the welcome screen, package selection, payment, all the way to the thank-you screen.

  • Drag and drop elements with a properties panel
  • Save as a theme and reuse it on other booths
  • Import and export themes as ZIP

Session flow builder

One booth, a different flow for every kind of event

For a wedding, drop the payment page so guests shoot for free. For a walk-in studio, add the queue and QRIS pages. Save several flows and swap them per event — without contacting anyone.

  • Add, remove, or reorder pages
  • Give guests a choice of paths (print only / print + soft file)
  • Switch flows on site, applied to the booth instantly

The small things that save the night

Six safeguards you only appreciate when something goes wrong

AI layouts & filters

Guests want a new style but you have no designer. Generate themed layouts with AI and apply filters with a live preview.

Offline mode

The venue Wi-Fi dies at peak hour. Sessions are still recorded and photos upload themselves when the internet is back.

Setup wizard

A new booth has to be ready by tomorrow morning. The wizard detects the camera and printer, then runs one test print before guests arrive.

Multiple operators

You cannot be everywhere at once. Invite operators and limit what they can see per location.

Guests chase soft files weeks after the event. A QR per session gives them the files before they leave the booth.

Vouchers & split payment

A sponsor covers part of the price, not all of it. The voucher covers its share and the rest is paid by QRIS on the same screen.

Gear you already own

No need to buy everything again to get started

The camera, printer, payment provider, and storage you use today are most likely already supported.
